The Problem
Smaller strip centers often get overlooked by lighting companies — they're too small for the big multi-site programs and the economics can feel marginal. Lawson Ridge was no different, but the ownership wanted modern lighting without breaking the math.
The Approach
We sized the project precisely for the actual fixture count and burn hours. Used mid-tier LED fixtures that delivered strong payback without over-engineering. Controls-ready wiring lets the owner add dimming or scheduling later if they choose.
