Electrical Installation
Built right. From service entrance to final circuit.
New construction, tenant buildouts, capacity expansion, and panel upgrades. Engineered, permitted, and inspected — across every commercial building type.
Capabilities
What we install
New Construction
Complete electrical systems from the ground up. Service entrance, distribution, branch circuits, and final connections — engineered, permitted, and inspected.
Tenant Buildouts
Electrical fit-outs for new tenants on tight timelines. Panel sizing, circuit layout, lighting, and data — coordinated with GC and landlord requirements.
Capacity Expansion
Upgrading service entrance capacity, adding transformers, and extending distribution for growing loads — EV charging, additional HVAC, or expanded operations.
Panel Upgrades
Replacing aging or undersized panels with modern distribution equipment. Arc flash labeling, surge protection, and NEC compliance included.

Process
How we work
01
Scope
Walk the site, define the work, identify capacity and code requirements.
02
Design
Engineered drawings, load calculations, and permitting — all in-house.
03
Install
Licensed electricians on-site with fully stocked vehicles. Minimal disruption.
04
Commission
Test every circuit, label every panel, deliver as-builts and documentation.
Questions we get on electrical installation.
From single-tenant buildouts under 5,000 SF to multi-building commercial campuses over 500,000 SF. Our sweet spot is commercial properties from 20,000 SF to 500,000 SF where we can bring full electrical contractor capability in-house without sub-subcontracting.
Yes. We hold electrical contractor licenses in multiple states and regularly file for temporary permits in others when a client has multi-state work. We handle all the licensing paperwork so you don't have to track it.
Both. We work as an electrical sub under GCs on new construction and tenant buildouts, and we also contract directly with owners on retrofits, upgrades, and dedicated electrical scopes.
We pull all required permits ourselves, coordinate with the local AHJ, schedule and attend inspections, and provide as-built documentation at closeout. You don't manage any of the permitting paperwork.
Yes. For projects without engineered drawings, we work with our partner engineering firms to produce stamped drawings as part of the project. We also handle coordination with architects and other trades.
Standard commercial projects: 2-4 weeks from signed proposal to mobilization. Large new construction or projects requiring long-lead switchgear: 6-12 weeks. We tell you the real timeline upfront — no padding.
We self-perform the core electrical work with our W-2 crews. For specialized scopes (fire alarm programming, BMS integration, certain low-voltage systems), we bring in specialty subs we've worked with for years.
