Multi-building commercial campus with a mix of office buildings, parking decks, and walkways. Our unified LED design brought every surface up to the same standard and made the entire campus feel safer and more consistent after dark.
The Problem
The campus had grown over decades with different lighting specs on different buildings. Some areas were bright, others were nearly dark. The mismatched color temperatures made the whole property feel disjointed.
The Approach
We audited every fixture on the campus — pole lights, wall mounts, bollards, walkway downlights — and designed a unified specification with the same color temperature and output level across every surface. Phased install kept each building operational.
The Results
The campus reads as one cohesive property after dark. Every walkway is at the same level, every parking area has the same quality, every building facade reads consistently.
