Free Audit

1-3 days

We walk the property, count every fixture, record wattage, map poles, measure pole heights, and document current lighting condition. For exterior work we drone-document the before state. No cost, no obligation, no commitment.

Design & Spec

1-2 weeks

Our engineering team produces an IES-compliant photometric design with fixture selection, pole placement, foot-candle modeling, and uniformity ratios. Every spec is calibrated to your specific burn hours, building type, and visual requirements.

Incentives & Rebates

1-4 weeks

Before a single fixture is ordered, we pull every applicable utility rebate, tax incentive, and financing program. TVA EnergyRight, Duke Smart $aver, Entergy programs, Section 179D where appropriate — we apply for them, not you.

Install

1-6 weeks

Our licensed electricians execute the install on the schedule you need — after hours, weekends, or school-break windows. Every site is treated with operational respect: no downtime, no dust, no disruption to your tenants, customers, or patients.

Commission

1-3 days

Every fixture is tested, aligned, and commissioned. Controls are programmed to your schedule. IES compliance is verified with on-site foot-candle measurements. Warranty documentation is assembled. You get a walkthrough before we leave.

Service & Warranty

Ongoing

Most projects include a 5-10 year fixture warranty plus ongoing service contracts if you want them. Warranty claims are handled by us, not the manufacturer. Controls issues are resolved remotely when possible. Annual inspections keep the system running at spec.
