The Problem
Covered walkways and breezeways at a lifestyle center have to feel inviting after dark. The old fixtures were flickering, uneven, and had become visual deadweight. You could feel the difference walking through at night.
The Approach
Specified architectural-grade LED downlights for the breezeway ceiling and compact mount fixtures for the exterior walkways. Coordinated with the property aesthetic — lighting you see (not just light you use).
The Results
The breezeway now feels like it was designed that way from day one. The staircase reads clearly. Tenants in the upstairs units can see their cars in the lot. The whole property reads as more premium.
