Troubleshooting & Diagnostics

Intermittent faults, voltage irregularities, and ground faults found and resolved systematically. IR thermography, power quality analysis, and metering included.

Panel Upgrades & Replacements

Aging Federal Pacific, Zinsco, and undersized panels replaced with modern distribution. Arc flash labeling, SPD installation, and NEC compliance.

FAQ

Questions we get on electrical service.

Yes for existing clients with active service agreements. For non-clients, we respond during business hours and prioritize emergency calls when dispatch capacity allows.

For clients under service agreement: typically 2-4 hours within our primary service areas (Birmingham metro, Nashville, Dallas, Los Angeles). For standard calls: next business day.

Tripped breakers, equipment losing power, panel issues, flickering lights, failing lighting, code violations, loose connections, surge damage, generator issues, emergency lighting failures, arc flash concerns, and code-required testing.

Yes. If your building has a violation or you're preparing for inspection, we can audit, document, and bring systems into compliance. We handle NEC, local codes, and life-safety requirements.

Absolutely. Most of our service work is on equipment installed by other contractors over the years. We don't require that we installed the original work.

Service is for isolated, low-risk issues — a failed fixture, a breaker, a code violation. When repeat problems or systemic issues appear, we recommend a broader evaluation.
