Retail distribution and production facility. High-bay LED interior retrofit plus full exterior upgrade with Alabama Power rebates secured before install.
The Problem
Large interior high-bay facility with aging metal halide fixtures. Warm-up delays were slowing morning startup. Color quality was degraded. The exterior perimeter was a patchwork of different fixtures and vintages.
The Approach
Replaced all interior high-bay MH with LED high-bay fixtures rated for the ceiling height. Exterior perimeter unified with matching LED mounts. Pre-approved Alabama Power financing captured before install started.
The Results
Interior lighting turns on instantly in the morning. Color quality is dramatically improved for quality inspection. Exterior has consistent coverage around the entire perimeter. Energy bill noticeably down.
