Daintree is Energie's primary lighting controls platform for exterior retail, warehouse, and campus applications. The Daintree ONE standalone sensor tier delivers 2.5-year payback on most exterior parking lots.
Synapse SimplySnap is our choice for indoor + outdoor unified control on a single system. DLC NLC5.0 certified, Ethernet-free mesh, and strong integration with existing building automation.
Fixture manufacturers
LED fixture manufacturers we have preferred pricing and direct support from. We spec based on fit and rebate qualification, not brand loyalty.
Cree is our primary high-bay and industrial LED fixture vendor for manufacturing and warehouse retrofits. Known for reliable drivers and long warranty terms.
Signify fixtures round out our portfolio for interior office, healthcare, and specialty applications where the Interact control platform is valuable.
Lithonia is our workhorse for general-purpose commercial LED — wall packs, canopy lights, bollards, and linear fixtures. Strong DLC QPL coverage for rebate qualification.
Eaton's McGraw-Edison and Lumark product lines are standard on our exterior pole and wall-pack retrofits. Deep DLC QPL coverage.

We spec exclusively DLC Qualified Products List (QPL) fixtures for any project seeking utility rebates. QPL listing is required for most major rebate programs in our service area.
Utility rebate programs
Utility rebate and incentive programs we file for on every qualifying project. We’re trade allies with most of the major Southeast programs.
TVA's commercial efficiency program covers Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Kentucky territories. Pays $0.13/kWh + 15% bonus on qualifying retrofits. We've secured rebates on projects up to $162K pre-install.
Duke's prescriptive program covers North and South Carolina. Rebates pay $27-$264/fixture capped at 75% of project cost. We file applications on behalf of clients.
Georgia Power pays $0.10/kWh saved with a $75K annual per-building cap (50% of project cost). Building Tune-Up adds commissioning incentives.
