Four-field community baseball complex at Hunter Street Church. Aging metal halide replaced with broadcast-quality LED sports lighting delivering uniform field coverage, instant restrike, and 80%+ less maintenance going forward.
The Problem
Four fields, four different levels of light output as the HID fixtures aged at different rates. Games were being cancelled for relamping. Energy bills were climbing. Kids were playing in dim conditions.
The Approach
Standardized LED sports fixtures across all four diamonds, programmed to deliver matched output at every field. New pole-mounted controls allow field-by-field scheduling and dimming for practice vs game modes.
The Results
Every field now has consistent, bright, broadcast-quality lighting. Coaches can run practice on one field and save the lights on the others. The maintenance burden dropped to nearly zero.
