Tim founded LED Solutions in 2016 to bring commercial LED retrofits to buildings across the Southeast. He built the company around a simple principle: do the work the way you'd want it done on your own building. Four decades of commercial electrical experience before starting Energie.
Matt leads Energie Solutions day-to-day and drives the company's growth strategy. Previously 8 years at Retail Strategies as Chief Development Officer where he worked with CRE owners and retailers on portfolio strategy. Vestavia Hills High → University of Alabama. Lives in Birmingham with his wife Amanda and their three kids.
John runs operations across active projects. The person who knows where every crew is on every day of the week and what's blocking them. Background in field operations and logistics.
Jeff leads Energie's commercial real estate sales. Long relationships with JLL, CBRE, Crawford Square, and other national property management groups. Specializes in CAM-recoverable retrofits and NOI-driven conversations.
Scott handles manufacturing, distribution, and industrial retrofit sales. High-bay LED is his specialty — from wattage conversions to 480V site economics.
McBride leads field crews across active installs. The person who coordinates night work at shopping centers, weekend work at schools, and shutdown windows at manufacturing plants.
Kent coordinates the install side across multiple concurrent projects — scheduling crews, tracking fixture delivery, and keeping punch lists moving.
Leu runs field crews on multi-site retrofit rollouts. Known for delivering consistent install quality across dozens of locations on the same timeline.
